The warehouse runs on Docklane, warehouse and transport management software (WMS + TMS) built for ecommerce and 3PLs. It is the same tool you see: no spreadsheets or emails to know what is in stock or where a parcel is.

We run one or more warehouses on the corridor, with direct access to the AP-7 and AP-2 motorways, the port of Barcelona, the port of Valencia and the French border. Goods arrive from anywhere in Europe by road; orders ship to all of Spain and the EU.

What products can you store?
Any product that keeps at room temperature: fashion, cosmetics, packaged food, wine and olive oil, supplements, home goods, ceramics, small electronics, toys, books or pet products. The only thing we do not store is frozen, chilled or fresh goods.
Is there a minimum volume or a lock-in contract?
No. You start with the stock and orders you have today. Month to month, and you can withdraw your goods whenever you want, without penalty.
Do I need a Spanish company to work with you?
No. We work with EU and non-EU brands. Your goods arrive by carrier or from your supplier; if they come from outside the EU, customs clearance is handled by your forwarder before delivery to the warehouse.
How do orders reach the warehouse?
We connect your store (Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop) to Docklane, the warehouse and transport software we run on, or work with a daily order file. Tracking numbers go back to your store.
Can you ship across Europe from Spain?
Yes. GLS, UPS, DHL Express and FedEx cover the EU and beyond from the same warehouse, chosen per order or by rule.
How do you charge?
Two lines on the invoice: the space your goods occupy and each order prepared. Transport is billed at the carrier rate you choose, with no handling surcharge.
How much does it cost per order?
It depends on your product, your packaging and your monthly orders, which is why we send a written quote with fixed prices for your case. What is the same for everyone: the warehouse is the big part of the cost, and a 3PL in an industrial park in Madrid or Barcelona pays more than double per square metre than we do on the Mediterranean corridor. That difference ends up in the price of every order.
